I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bella Rosa, and I must say, it exceeded my high expectations in every way. The staff, including Daisy, Swan, Ruby, and Hane, were exceptional, organizing seamless trips to attractions like Halong Bay and Sapa, making us feel at home even when we were away for days. Our spacious room with stunning lake views was impeccably clean, complete with comfortable beds, air conditioning, and a mini-bar stocked with refreshing drinks-perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. I also appreciated the thoughtful touch of complimentary tea and coffee facilities, which made my mornings that much brighter. With its ideal location in the heart of the old town and remarkable hospitality, Bella Rosa is truly a hidden gem for anyone seeking a memorable stay in Hanoi.
